A 22-year-old male asked:
Why do doctors try to talk a person out of suicide? It's the life of that person so doesn't he have a choice to not live anymore?

Wanting to Die: That is a very good question but one that has a very good answer as well. Wanting to die is a temporary problem that has a solution whereas death has no solution. The pain and loneliness that wanting to die represents also extends to loved ones, friends and acquaintances. As one who has been there myself I can promise you one thing: you do not have to feel this bad and there can be a solution.
