Anxiety/Allergy?: Good to know that there is no structural problem with heart or lung. If these symptoms are seasonal= Allergic component.
If associated with stress =Psychogenic component.
If positional Orthostatic Hypotension causes lightheadedness.
Make sure you are Drinking electrolyte liquids, balanced food.
