Doubt gallbladder: Constant reflux and vomiting isn't normal. This could be achalasia, a disease where the esophagus doesn't work normally to propel food into the stomach. See your doctor soon. Reflux of stomach acid can damage your esophagus. What you describe doesn't sound like a gallbladder problem, which most often presents with right upper abdominal pain.
