Sounds great: Exercise is a great to continue during your pregnancy. The amount of exercise you may do is directly related to your pre-pregnancy level of activity. Also depends on your previous risks -- have you had miscarriages before due to an incompetent cervix? I was still jogging a little at 32 wks pregnant with my youngest but couldn't do anything but walk during my twin pregnancy after 20 wks.
