How healthy is bariatrics operation?

Bariatric surgery: I have several patients in my practice who have had various types of bariatric surgery and they all have problems with their iron levels and fat absorption. They have to get iron infusions pretty regularly. It is unfortunate, but that is my clinical experience as a primary care physician.

It depends on your weight and what you have tried in the past. If you choose go to an experienced doctor who does just bariatric surgery with lots of support services
