Relax!: The best way to handle any reaction to stress, whether it be excess sweating, itching, hives, etc is to learn to relax! Sometimes, just getting away from what is stressing you can help. Get alone for a few minutes, take a walk, take a few slow deep breaths. Sometimes, it helps to talk to a trusted friend about what stresses you. If you seem persistently unable to relax, see your doctor.
