Yes: The simple answer is that you can marry whoever you feel is the right mate for you. You just need to understand the potential consequences of that decision. Are you planning on having children? If you are sure your blood is normal, no issue. Your children will have E trait or beta-thal trait, but nothing worse. If not having children, no problem; this condition should not shorten his lifespan.
