Different per person: Typically after feeling the baby move for the first time (18-22 weeks), the movements are irregular and light for a few weeks, and then as you get into the late second trimester they become more regular and stronger. Always let your doctor know if you perceive a change from what you're used to feeling for baby's movement.

14-16 weeks: If you are slender you will notice thickening in the pelvic area quite soon. However in clothing, a "baby bumps" is not really visible until about 16 weeks. You will feel first kicks sometime between 16-20 weeks of pregnancy. At first they are so mild they might feel like a goldfish did a little flip in your belly. By 20 weeks they are usually quite distinct.
