Head injury: These symptoms following a head injury call for an evaluation in the emergency room where, after assessment a head cat scan can be done and a determination of whether you should be admitted to the hospital for close observation will be made.

Get checked: You need to see a doctor right away. You could have a concussion or something worse such as bleeding between the skull and brain (subdural hematoma), or even a skull fracture. A doctor can determine whether you may need a CT scan to tell what us going on. Go right away to an emergency room and tell them what happened. Good luck!

Go to emergency: Go to an emergency room now and get checked. They will do xrays to be sure you don't have a fracture or intracranial bleeding.

Fall: You are having symptoms of a concussion or worse. Go to the ER and be evaluated neurologically
