Colchicine and B12: Although Colchicine is known to cause vitamin B12 depletion, how much B12 to take to prevent this isn't known. The typical replacement dose for vitamin B12 is 1000 micrograms or 1 mg orally once daily.

500mcg sublingual : Sublingual b-12 will absorb the best since Colchicine interferes with intrinsic factor which facilitates absorption of b-12 in the ileum. Be sure to take sufficient 25-oh vit d3 which is also deficient in fmf. Eating an anti-inflamamtory diet will help as well.
