what could cause worsening arm weakness and pain? the pain goes down both sides of the back of the elbow, but the whole arm is weak.

Pinched nerve?: You may have a pinched nerve in the neck, possibly caused by a disc in the neck putting pressure on a nerve. You need to see a doctor and have this checked, before the weakness becomes permanent. Good luck!
