enlarged tonsil and palp node for at least 7 years. could it be normal asymmetry as doc told me years ago or should i see an ent?no nother symptoms.

Lymph Node: Tonsil is also a form of Lymphnode. As you have lymphadenopathy for the past 7 years, it could be benign. Can't exclude other forms of diagnosis. Consult your physician and get fine needle aspiration biopsy to get tissue diagnosis. So that it gives reassurance.
