what is a helpful remedy that will get rid of baby acne?

Acne: If this is truly an infantile form of acne then a little time is usually all it takes. Infantile acne is presumed to be due to mom's hormones circulating around in the baby. Once these hormones go away the acne goes away. It is rare to have to treat infantile acne. However, i cannot actually look at your baby. So, i would certainly recommend someone having a look to confirm the diagnosis.

Time: Infantile acne is just a response to the mother's hormones and will fade on it own. There is no reason to treat it unless it persists past 3 months of age.
