High rish pregnancy: You need to coordinate your care with a good endocrinologist and what is known as a maternal-fetal medicine specialist. This is an OB who has done further training in managing high risk pregnancies. Good Luck

Go see a doctor: Go find a good endocrinologist or diabetologist. You need to get your diabetes under control to ensure a healthy pregnancy. You should probably go on Insulin therapy. Since that is the safe treatment option during pregnancy. During pregnancy your AM fingersticks should be <95 and your fingersticks one hour after a meal should be <130. That is very tight control & will probably require Insulin
