Woke up with blood in mouth. i couldn't find the source of bleeding. i do have braces but this is very strange. should i be worried?

Bleeding indicates either trauma or infection. Are you seeing a specialist Orthodontist? If so he/she can check this at your next adjustment and refer you to your General Dentist if indicated. If treated now, before problem worsens, the treatment can be relatively easy and very effective. It may require nothing more than adjusting your Oral Hygiene regimen.
