Have it checked: Have a dermatologist take a look at that patch. It may not be related to medicine, it' probably a skin condition. Seborrheic keratosis is common, but others cannot be ruled out without an exam.

Not necessarily: The height of the forehead is more a function of hairline position and the length of the face. You do not have to be thin to have a high forehead.

Many possibilities: This is potentially a serious problem and needs to be evaluated by a dr. It is likely your eyes, sinus or tmj. In rare cases it could me more serious so please get it evaluated. A dentist is likely the best place to start.

Fused plates: Your skull bones fused at about age 2. What you feel is the two plates that fused together and it is normal. So long as you didn't recently have a bump to the head or trauma then you should just make a note of it. Hope this helps
