Not heart: Heart pain occurs with exertion, is relieved by rest, lasts 5 to 30 minutes, never 5 seconds. You likely have costochondritis, myofascial syndrome, intercostal neuritis or other musculoskeletal pain. All of these can be made worse by anxiety.
