Ask: If you can not trust the guy to provide you with an honest answer, what can be a good reason to trust him with your intimacy? Think about it! Think as if your life depended on it. Only have sexual contact with people you can trust. It's a no-brainer!

Male to female?: Newer surgeries are done so excellently that it may be hard to tell if a woman was born a man. Those of us who work with transgender folks routinely would probably know - because we know the more subtle things to look for. Female to male genital surgeries are less commonly done - but if you have any concern, ASK your partner!
