Sure: There are many reasons for lower back pain. Talk to your PCP and know the causes of pain. The treatment will depends on the cause of lower back pain. Generally bed rest, avoidance of bending of lower back, avoidance of carrying heavy weight, anti-inflammatory analgesic such as NSAIDs and physical therapy are helpful to control lower back pain
