i'm getting a m.r.i done on monday, for my ankles and i'm not sure what it is. like what goes on ?

It is a machine : You get placed on a stretcher type device and you will then be moved into the machine....for ankles the feet go into the tube first, your head does not go into the machine.....google for a picture.

I would make sure: You don't have a DVT in your calf, that could be life threatening.
