can you tell me some healthy diet/ a lot of exercise to lose a lot of lower stomach fat?

Aerobic: To lose belly fat- you need to burn more calories than your body needs. I recommend 20% protein, 60% carbs-from whole grains, fruits, veggies, and 20% unsaturated fats. Add to this daily aerobic vigorous exercise that raises your heart rate and sustains it for at least 30-60 minutes a day, most days of the week, should help you achieve your goals.
