Not more than 5 days: Pyridium (phenazopyridine) probably should not be used up for more than 5 days consecutively. You should consider a re-evaluation/re-assessment to r/o a UTI. Pyridium (phenazopyridine) is just a topical anesthetic and will not treat/eliminate any infection.
