You need followup: There are many causes for the combination of tests and problems you listed. HIV, fungal sarcoid, depending on where you live- histoplasmosis, coccodiomycisis, aspergillosis, other fungal infections. There are a number of rate diseases as well including eosinophilic syndromes, autoimmune diseases. You will need to work with your doctor and have additional testing to sort this out
