If my last period was on the 19th of febuary i had sex on the 27th of March and on the 27th took the morning after pill would I have been ovulating?

Not likely : That is not a likely time for ovulation. If your periods are irregular though then there's no way to predict when you would be ovulating

If you had your : Period 10 days earlier then you can assume that you had ovulated 14 days prior.
