Dermatitis developin: See an eye doctor is best, if this has been persistent and nothing is working, so that it can be evaluated under the slit lamp. Common cause of contact dermatitis from laundry detergent, or anti-static cling fibers left on sheets you are sleeping on pillows, sheets. Use mild organic detergents that are less irritative than surfactants. Otherwise, blepharitis may be issue. Use warm compresses.
