Chronic fatigue CFS: is Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is the common name for a group of significantly debilitating medical conditions characterized by persistent fatigue. The fatigue may worsen with physical or mental activity, but doesn't improve with rest. That;s exactly what you have described. It is a manageable condition, but takes a long time. Cognitive behavioral therapy is a big part of the treatment.
