Does stitches of wound in eyebrow effect hair growth which has been shaved by razor as it is now 2 months later and still the hair not like the other ?

It's the cut!: The cut through the skin of the brow most likely cut through the hair follicles of the eyebrow, if they are cut the brow ciliae (hairs) may not grow back. It's not the fault of the stitches.

No: the stitches didn't effect the hair growth. the injury caused damage to the hair follicles.
