Probably not..., but: If the presence of black hairs on the back is related with high testosterone, such condition will not just appear on the back alone. If you have hirsutism (excessive hairiness), test testosterone level to confirm. If just having a few, they could be rid with skillful application of laser or electrocautery for cosmetic reason, as optional not mandatory.measure. So, ask Doc timely.
