See GI: It sounds like you need to have your sphincter of oddi fixed by a GI physician who specializes in ERCP. Overall you need to be seen by the GI doctor for evaluation and treatment.. That you have not moved your bowels in a month is not a good sign either- please have this evaluated soon

It depends: Whether a urinary catheter is needed depends on the length of the operation as well as surgeon preference. Sometimes a catheter is placed for the operation only and removed before a patient wakes up from anesthesia. If the operation is uncomplicated and only involves taking out the gallbladder, then this is usually short enough to not need a catheter.

See a doctor: This is not normal and needs a rapid diagnosis, and treatment based on the diagnosis. You have an inflammatory condition of the colon and this could be infectious or inflammatory bowel disease or other. Do not wait. See somebody asap, and hope you are better soon.
