Dreams: I would not think this represents a health problem. Dreams are common, especially dreams about falling. If it is disturbing to you or keeps you from sleeping, you should see a doctor. Good luck!

Holter: Ask ur doc for a holster study and get a 2D echo done before which get an EKG. If you have severe anemia , it can cause you to black out as well. If all if this is negative, you need to see a neurologist
