See Neurologist.: Your vit d is still low, but you're on adequate replacement, and no similar deficiency should cause asymmetrical symptoms (would be bilateral). This neuropathy requires more extensive evaluation.

Chronic L-sided pain: Long term left-sided pain suggests an underlying neurological condition and a visit to a neurologist is suggested. Your vit b level is ok, however your vit d level of 19 is below the hoped for 32. A supplement is suggested of 2000 units per day.With a recheck in a couple of months.
