Aging process: Telomeres are caps at the end of chromosomes/DNA. They shorten with each cell division and that is the process of aging. Telomerase is protein that prevents this shortening There are supplements and lifestyle measures that can halt or reverse this process. I will be giving a talk on antiaging on Spotlite radio in the next few weeks on antiaging that will dicsuss this topic in detail.
