i have severe pain in my left shoulder. i can partly dislocate it and do get some relief. it cracks and grinds every time i rotate it but still hurts?

GO: Get checked out! This could be serious sign of neurologic dysfunction or even heart problems , not to mention your shoulder. Go to ur doctor ASAP
