Tendonitis: 20's female with bilateral lower abdominal pain with palpation likely has tendonitis of transversus abdominis muscle attempting to form close a subluxing sacroiliac joint. Should check with osteopath to rule out sacroiliac joint subluxation, which can be associated with joint hypermobiliity, ic, and endometriosis.
