Blood pressure: Your blood pressure is fine for your age as long as you are not experiencing dizziness or fainting, especially when standing up rapidly from sitting or lying down. Your BP readings may be due to the risperdal, which can lower bp. If u r experiencing lightheadedness, your doc may need to adjust the dose of that medication.

Doesn't add up: 70/69 is impossible as there is no difference in systolic & diastolic BP . Recheck....A systolic of 70 would almost always create symptoms.

Low Blood Pressure: There is not a black and white answer to cover all humans on this question. Too low of blood pressure would be experienced as light headedness, dizziness, headache or several other possible symptoms. Why are you asking this?

No: If you don't feel dizzy on standing then this could be your normal blood pressure.

Climate: has no direct effect on blood pressure altho if you are sweating a lot this may deplete your body of SALT which may in uturn ower your B.P. Hope this is helpful! Happy Holiday Dr Z
