Fibroid: If your fibroid is examined and diagnosed then please talk to your dr. He must be treating your anemia. If it is sub mucous fibroid it will cause heavy bleeding. Consult your treating dr.

Not bleeding: These are several ways that you can be anemic and its not only from bleeding, you can either not make enough blood, you are loosing it (bleeding) or your body is eating you blood up. Sometimes we get into habits and just keep doing the samething over and over, ask your doctor to take a good second look and perform new test and blood work.

I had sex one day ago and I started to bleed a few hours after and my bleeding is a bright red em I pregnant or is that normal

Probably not: Some bleeding after intercourse is not unusual. It doesn't represent pregnancy at all, but it also doesn't mean you aren't. If there is any question, take a home pregnancy test. As for the bleeding, it should resolve on it's own. You need to see your doctor if it persists or pain worsens.

Gyn surgeon: A septum in the uterus often doesn't require surgery unless it is causing problems with reproduction like miscarriage. A cyst often doesn't require surgery either unless large, painful or complex features. Simple cysts usually resolve spontaneously.
