Depends.: Unless the level is very high, the first thing to do is to stop the ongoing exposure - usually clean up the contaminated housing.

Treatments vary: The action needed at any level varies by the degree. Lead level that has little importance to health at levels below 10, but will trigger an investigation into any possible source so it will not be allowed to climb. Levels above 40-50 may require medication to help remove the lead, but treatments themselves are risky and may require hospitalization.
