Can you tell me if i only are oranges, grapes, apples, broccoli, brussel sprouts and almonds every day?

Whose idea is that?: You're going to end up protein-deficient, B12 deficient (asking for brain damage) and probably short on several other nutrients. Please forgive me if this is someone's "politically correct" or "holistic / spiritual" idea. Serious nutritional deficiencies are common in folks who undertake weird diets. I bet you realized this was a bad idea. Keep up being discerning, and best wishes.
