It depends: I assume you are saying that you have missed menses or long intermenstrual periods and want to shorten/normalize it. It is not that simple. You cannot speed up your menstrual cycle. There are medications that you can take to initiate a bleed but these would not be 'normal' cycles. If you desire pregnancy, there are medications that can help. See your Ob/Gyn.
