Why does my head spin whenever i lay down? It feels almost like a head rush.

Vertigo - BPPV: If you have the sensation of the room spinning when you lie back, get up, or move your head suddenly, it sounds like you may have benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. There are many other causes of vertigo, and your provider can perform a simple maneuver in his office to see if you indeed have bbpv. Bppv is caused by an inner ear condition which is usually easily corrected.

Head rush?: Not exactly sure what a head rush is. If you have frequent dizziness would get that medically checked.
