Please rethink this: I'm worried. "Pop" allergy tests, including some that are offered by some physicians, pretend to diagnose allergies that are usually not really present. These are dangerous scams that cause people to limit their diet. Vegans have the moral high ground but the health benefits continue to elude real science & it's hard to be a good guest. Please consider eating what you like that agrees with you

Trust your gut ;): Call me a skeptic. I worry you've been done a disservice. By how you phrased the question, I have a hunch someone blasted you w/ random blood tests. Then assumed all positives were true. Naive. It's easy to test; takes experience/wisdom to interpret, based on evidenced-based medicine. See a good allergist (many in chicagoland) to learn which of these values represent a true positive.
