what to do if i felt this sudden pain on the left side of my back right under my shoulder blade?

If it appeared out. : ..of the blue, suddenly with no unusual activity, there's always a question, is it pulmonary in origin such as a PE. A visit 2 Ur PCP is in order, if has had an insidious onset it could also B pulmonary. This would B the main concern. A strained muscle is not so important.
