Don't understand ?: Were you hoping to have hangovers?? If not, exercise away. However, most people don't find being intoxicated goes along well with exercise, and alcohol may reduce muscle strength. If you are drinking regularly and routinely getting hangovers, you are drinking too much. You need to consider cutting down and perhaps discussing your drinking with a counselor. Sounds like its a problem to me.

When it wears off: As soon as the alcohol wears off, depends on how soon your body metabolizes it.
