How to do it.: To lose weight insure that calories burned > calories consumed. Drink at least 8 - 8 oz glasses of water per day. Try for 8 hours of sleep/night. Aim for at least 5 servings of vegetables & 4 servings of fruit per day. Use whole grain when possible. Avoid sodas, alcohol & junk carbohydrates. Get in a good mix of aerobic & weight lifting exercises.

Please don't do it: You can not only lose weight, you can ruin your health. This would be an extreme vegetarian diet and without supplementing, you'll become iron and b-12 deficient and probably also deplete yourself of calcium, vitamin d (unless you get plenty of sun exposure), iodine and some other essential nutrients. Why not hang out at the gym with friends who would get you into a fitness lifestyle instead?

Weight loss: Start by seeing your doc to make sure any weight loss plan is good for your health situation. Ask about a ketogenic diet--low carb a higher protein. Check out exercise videos on line for home support of exercise. Better yet, brisk walk or run daily if ok w/doc. Peace and good health.
