Eyelash Regrowth: Eyelashes pulled out by extensions or mascara can take months to regrow. If the eyelash loss was due to chemo, it could take a year or more. If the eyelash follicles are permanently damaged from repeated trauma (like trichotillomania/pulling or glued-on lashes over time) they may never regrow on their own, and you would therefore require an eyelash transplant to regrow lashes in that area.
