Tiring.: Sleep apnea makes you very tired during the day. You'd nod off while reading or watching television. You may awaken a few times overnight, but the majority of symptoms are actually during the day. You may snore rather loudly, have frequent nightmares, and awaken overnight to urinate as well.
Dr. Sherin Ibrahim Howett
Sleep Medicine 18 years experience
Several: Snoring is a warning sign that sleep apnea may be present. Other complaints include awakening gasping/choking for air, dry mouth/sore throat, urinating multiple times at nights, morning headaches, unrefreshing sleep, cognitive impairment and excessive daytime somnolence. Talk to your doctor about any of these symptoms. A sleep study would have to be done to confirm the diagnosis.

Snoring is common, but can be difficult to recognize. Heart, bp, lung, sleep, brain..Many problems can occur. But, 10% decrease in weight can produce 50% decrease in symptoms.Fatigue, restless legs and difficult weight loss are common, also. Great treatments exist.
