doctor diagnosed me with a bruised pudendal nerve following a chiropractor adjustment. said 8-12 weeks to heal. been 12 weeks, doing pelvic pt. heal?

Are you a bike: Rider? I've seen several cases from that. Please do what doc says and consider marine fish oil and proper dose of Alpha lipoic acid for nerves. Peace and good health.
