white spots on tonsils no pain and no fever, as of yet? what is the cause? i do have enlarged tonsils, and getting a tonsilectomy next month at the mayo clinic. my left lymph node is enlarged as well?

Tonsilloliths: This could also be from a tonsillolith (tonsil stone), if you are not having a sore throat.
