Just aerobics: Aerobics are good. Water aerobics are for people who cannot do "regular" aerobics for some medical reasons (pain, weakness in the legs) if you do not swim, do not take chances with water, do regular exercises.

Aquarobics.: Aquarobics,,or water aerobics, are great for burning calories. Aquarobics is essentially aerobic classes in the water. The water imparts extra resistance on the muscles, and being in water doesn't make it feel like you're working too hard when in actuality you're getting a great cardiovascular workout.
