Gynecomastia: Signs of gynecomastia going away are typically the noticeable decreased size of the breast tissue. Typically in adolescents this condition starts to improve in 6 months to 3 years after diagnosis. Has your doctor done an exam on you recently? Have you had recent laboratory tests to rule out possible causes? If you are concerned, i think a visit to your doctor is a good idea.
